Booking an appointment

By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with these terms.
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through the Mimosa Club customer portal.

Cancellation and rescheduling
​

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, we will charge a €50 cancellation fee.

If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled it, we will charge a €50 cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee also applies to free medical consultations.

If you arrive so late that the appointment cannot be carried out, we will charge a €50 cancellation fee.

Illness
​
If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment due to illness, no cancellation fee will be charged if you provide a medical certificate or sick leave certificate.

Free medical consultation
​
Before your first botulinum toxin treatment, we offer a free medical consultation.
The treatment can be carried out immediately during the consultation if it is deemed suitable for you.

Payment methods
​
We accept all major payment cards, including American Express.
You can also pay for your treatment using Resurs Bank Terveystili or Klarna.

Prices and VAT
​
Prices for aesthetic botulinum toxin treatments include 25.5% VAT.
Medical treatments are VAT exempt in accordance with Finnish VAT legislation.
We reserve the right to change prices.

Treatment and safety
​
Treatment can only be carried out if it is deemed suitable for you. If necessary, we may decline to provide treatment to ensure patient safety.
