When making a booking
By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with these terms.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself via the booking link sent to your email or through the Mimosa Club customer portal.

Cancellation and rescheduling
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will charge a cancellation fee of €50.
If you do not arrive and do not cancel your appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee of €50.
The cancellation fee also applies to free medical consultations.
If you arrive so late that the appointment cannot be carried out, we will charge a cancellation fee of €50.

Free medical consultation
Before your first botulinum toxin treatment, we offer a free medical consultation.
The treatment can be carried out during the same consultation if it is considered suitable for you.

Payment methods
We accept the most common payment cards, including American Express.
You can also pay for your treatment with Resurs Bank’s Terveystili or Klarna.

Prices and VAT
For aesthetic botulinum toxin treatments, prices include VAT at 25.5%.
For medical botulinum toxin treatments, prices are exempt from VAT in accordance with the Finnish Value Added Tax Act.
We reserve the right to change prices.

Treatment and safety
The treatment can only be carried out if it is considered suitable for you. If necessary, we may refuse to carry out the treatment to ensure patient safety.
