Mimosa Uoti graduated as a physician in 2018. She personally performs medical consultations, injectable treatments, treatment planning, patient safety management, and follow-up care.
Mimosa's approach combines medical precision, a thorough understanding of facial anatomy, and a conservative treatment philosophy. Every treatment is individually planned based on the patient's health, unique facial features, and aesthetic goals. The aim is always a natural-looking result that enhances rather than changes the patient's appearance.
Not every requested treatment is performed. If a treatment is not medically appropriate or if its potential benefits do not outweigh the risks, Mimosa will recommend an alternative approach or advise against treatment.

Aesthetic injectable treatments may involve side effects and rare complications. Safe practice means preventing them, recognising them, and providing a prompt medical assessment when necessary.
Mimosa Uoti is a member of the international Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative, or CMAC. CMAC supports healthcare professionals in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of complications related to aesthetic treatments. It also provides members with clinical resources and expert support.
Should anything cause concern after treatment, the situation will be assessed by the physician who performed the procedure. When necessary, we will arrange a follow-up appointment promptly.
REGISTERED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER
Dr Mimosa Oy is registered as a private healthcare provider, and the Botox by Dr Mimosa clinic operates as a registered service unit in Finland’s Soteri register.
SECURE HANDLING OF PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient information is processed and recorded in a secure patient information system in accordance with healthcare data protection and medical record requirements.
PATIENT INSURANCE AND PHYSICIAN RESPONSIBILITY
Our practice is covered by valid patient insurance. Every treatment is planned and performed by a physician and documented appropriately in the patient’s medical records.
